The plan sealing of this project involved the subdivision of the units on a building format plan. bplanned & surveyed played a key role to gather all the necessary documentation that is required to be lodged to the Gold Coast City Council. As a result, the building format plans were sealed in less than 5 business days. This was a great outcome for the developer saving them time and ultimately allowing them to settle on the sales of the units within very fast timeframes.
