Due to strict Council requirements, it took our clients 12 months to find a suitable site to relocate this pre-1911 dwelling to. bplanned & surveyed successfully obtained approval for the removal and the re-location of the dwelling to another property in Sherwood, where the dwelling will be protected from future demolition.
