Lumi house is an example of a beautiful pre-1946 character house which was moved onto the property at Norman Park. The renovation project to bring this stunning dwelling back to it’s original glory with modern elements was designed by DAH Architects and constructed by Inspired Built. This project involved the successful approval of partial demolition and assessable building works. 

We were engaged for all town planning & surveying services for the project.
