This development involved the subdivision of the 2.336ha property into 33 lots. B Planned & Surveyed where involved from conception, assisting in initial survey works, developing the proposed subdivision plan and attendance at the pre-lodgement meeting with council.

We continued to be heavily involved throughout the life of the project, from delivering additional dual occupancy development approvals right through to plan sealing.
