The Winship Shed was a challenging project given it was located in the Character Zone, on steep sloping land and s site area of only 250m2. The dwelling was cleverly designed by Reddog Architects to maximise the use of the land, however it meant we were required to obtain approval for significantly reduced rear setbacks.
We were engaged for all town planning & surveying services for the project.
