This architecturally designed eco tourism resort comprises of a guest house which sleeps 8, 3 detached dual cabins, 6 individual cabins, a restaurant, day spa, communal pool, library and tea room. The intention of the design was to block out the noise generated by Mount Cotton Road and create a quiet and tranquil ‘retreat’ feel within the eco resort.

Given the number of environmental constraints over the 1.941ha site, bplanned & surveyed worked closely with the ecologists, engineers, a bushfire consultant and the architects to strategically design the development ensuring not to have any adverse impacts on the existing environmental values on the property.
