This project consisted of nine townhouses at Capalaba in the Redlands. At B Planned & Surveyed when we begin our initial discussions with our clients, not only do we discuss the town planning and surveying matters, we also ensure we discuss their intentions for the project to understand how they wish the end product to be structured.
These nine townhouses were all approved on individual freehold lots with a common property driveway. By structuring the approval process as a combined application for a material change of use and reconfiguring a lot the project attracted higher sales prices.
