bplanned & surveyed was engaged to prepare and manage the development application for the new primary administration and library buildings at the college. This application was processed under Council’s RiskSMART program which meant assessment timeframes were significantly shorter than the standard statutory timeframes. The school’s desire to avoid the provision of additional car parking was attained by bplanned’s careful analysis of previous approvals and examination of student numbers.
