This project involved approval for a new education facility for Skills Institute of Australia. We worked closely with the Director of the company to ensure we understood the requirements of the courses being proposed so that we could propose a strategy to Council to obtain approval.

The proposal also brought challenges with car parking due to the widening of the Pacific Highway. We successfully negotiated a strategy with Council to approve the development although it required a reduced car parking rate.
